Growing up in a Real Estate focused family inspired Emma to complete a Bachelor of Business in Property in 1995. Emma then worked in Property valuations followed by retail and residential Property management. After travelling throughout the UK and Europe, Emma returned to join a recruitment company focusing on Real Estate and Property recruitment.
In 2003, Emma and Amanda combined their HR, Recruitment and Property backgrounds to start Buxton Pratt Consulting where their experience and knowledge of the industry enables them to consistently exceed their clients and candidates expectations. Liza joins the Buxton Pratt Consulting team with 12 years experience in Real Estate specialising in Residential Leasing and Business Development, and almost 3 years experience in Real Estate Recruitment.
When Liza re-entered the work force after having her first child, she wanted to channel her love of Real Estate, passion for people and relationship building in a different direction. As a result, she landed her first role in the exciting and fast paced world of Real Estate Recruitment.
Recruitment for Liza is about more than marrying up a suitable candidate with a job vacancy. She has a genuine interest and desire to really get to know her candidates and work with them to find that perfect role where they will thrive, personally and professionally, and just be happy.
Liza has been able to apply her past Real Estate knowledge into placing people in similar roles she once undertook herself. Caitlin commenced working for Buxton Pratt Consulting in October 2011. Initially as a temp, her excellent reception and administration skills were quickly noticed and secured her a full time positon at our reception desk.
With over 12 years’ experience within the real estate industry working as a PA, office manager and secretary Caitlin has an extensive wealth of knowledge within the Real Estate industry.
In 2013 this experience, knowledge and dedication led to the natural progression into her current role Manager of Temporary and Contract placements. Her ability to make the “right fit” between temps and clients has led to a huge growth within the temp desk. Her friendly, professional, and can do attitude, along with her wealth of experience and great organisational skills makes her an excellent member of the team.

Sharon has been with Buxton Pratt Consulting since 2008, when she joined the company as a part time receptionist. Sharon quickly progressed through to her Business Manager role, and also completes the weekly temp payroll, client invoicing and assists in providing support to the bookkeeper.
Sharon’s experience and background within administration and account management roles, along with her high attention to detail and organisational skills provides an excellent addition to the team.
